<p>Given an integer array <code>nums</code> and two integers <code>k</code> and <code>t</code>, return <code>true</code> if there are <strong>two distinct indices</strong> <code>i</code> and <code>j</code> in the array such that <code>abs(nums[i] - nums[j]) &lt;= t</code> and <code>abs(i - j) &lt;= k</code>.</p>
