<p>给定一个数组 <code>nums</code> ，如果 <code>i < j</code> 且 <code>nums[i] > 2*nums[j]</code> 我们就将 <code>(i, j)</code> 称作一个<strong><em>重要翻转对</em></strong>。</p>
