Check if <code>a<sub>prefix</sub> + b<sub>suffix</sub></code> or <code>b<sub>prefix</sub> + a<sub>suffix</sub></code> forms a palindrome.</p>\n\n<p>When you split a string <code>s</code> into <code>s<sub>prefix</sub></code> and <code>s<sub>suffix</sub></code>, either <code>s<sub>suffix</sub></code> or <code>s<sub>prefix</sub></code> is allowed to be empty.
