	<li><code>x</code> is divisible by <code>k</code>.</li>
</ul>

<p>Return the<strong> largest</strong> integer having <code>n</code> digits (as a string) that is <strong>k-palindromic</strong>.</p>

<p><strong>Note</strong> that the integer must <strong>not</strong> have leading zeros.</p>
