	<li>For the <code>4<sup>th</sup></code> place to the <code>n<sup>th</sup></code> place athlete, their rank is their placement number (i.e., the <code>x<sup>th</sup></code> place athlete&#39;s rank is <code>&quot;x&quot;</code>).</li>
