<p>The vowels are <code>&#39;a&#39;</code>, <code>&#39;e&#39;</code>, <code>&#39;i&#39;</code>, <code>&#39;o&#39;</code>, and <code>&#39;u&#39;</code>, and they can appear in both cases.</p>
