<p>Given a string <code>s</code> consisting of lowercase English letters only, return <em>the <strong>largest variance</strong> possible among all <strong>substrings</strong> of</em><code>s</code>.</p>
<p>A <strong>substring</strong> is a contiguous sequence of characters within a string.</p>
